Missing Persons Investigations

Patrol officers respond to all missing person reports.  Patrol officers initiate an initial investigation and turn the investigation over to a detective once all initial investigative steps are conducted. 

Active Missing Person Investigations

The Town of Dover Police Department is asking for help in locating the below listed persons who have been reported missing.  All persons listed are active in NCIC as Missing Persons.  Should you locate or know the location of anyone listed please contact your local police or the Town of Dover Police Department at 973-366-0302 or make an anonymous submission.

Child ID Program

The Dover Police Department is committed to the protection of our communities children.  The Dover Police Department periodically offers a Child ID Program.  This program offers to the public identification cards for our children.   These cards could be an invaluable tool for law enforcement should the information be need.  These identification cards are donated to the police department as was the equipment needed for this task.  Officers combine the processing of these cards with games and other safety presentations.
